Any loose garbage (not in a can or bag) will be charged a fee for pickup. Items like boxes, wood, etc. must be condensed or bundled. Drivers have discretion to pick up or not depending on how items are presented.

If a can is too heavy to be lifted safely, it will not be picked up.

Some areas are available for every other week pickup only.

These can become weekly when more customers signup in that area.
